Class Description

Every great appointment starts before your guest walks through the door. Learn how to use Philinq to create thoughtful conversations, build trust, and set every appointment up for success. This class will cover communication strategies, consultation scripts, service planning, retail education, and knowing when to collaborate with an upper-level stylist to deliver an exceptional guest experience.

Three Teaching Points

1. Start the Conversation

Learn how to confidently communicate through Philinq using clear, professional scripts.

Understand how to guide guests before their appointment and gather the information you need.

2. Set the Appointment Up for Success

Review appointment timing and service planning.

Learn when to recommend an in-person consultation, adjust appointment length, educate on retail, and prepare guests for realistic expectations.

3. Lead with Confidence

● Practice responding to different communication styles.

● Learn when to involve an upper-level stylist and how to use the Philinq worksheet to create personalized plans and a seamless guest experience.

Learning Outcome

By the end of class, attendees will be able to:

● Communicate confidently with guests through Philinq.

● Build customized service plans before the appointment.

● Identify when a consultation or schedule adjustment is needed.

● Recommend retail naturally through conversation.

● Know when and how to seek support from an upper-level stylist.

● Create a smoother, more successful experience for both the guest and the stylist.
