Class Description

Learn how braided balayage can create soft, dimensional, lived-in blondes with less application time. This class will cover placement, reverse balayage techniques, and strategic sectioning to create seamless grow-out and customized results.

Three Teaching Points

● Learn braided balayage sectioning and placement for maximum dimension.

● Understand when braided balayage is the right technique for your guest.

2. Create the Blend

● Learn reverse balayage and ribbon placement for soft transitions.

● Build lived-in blondes with depth, brightness, and seamless grow-out.

3. Work Smarter, Not Harder

● Increase efficiency behind the chair.

● Learn techniques that reduce application time while maintaining beautiful results.

Tools needed

  • Mannequin Level 6 or lighter

  • Mannequin stand

  • Blow dryer

  • Carbon rat-tail comb

  • Weaving comb

  • Round brushes

  • Wet Brush

  • Wide-tooth comb

  • Sectioning clips

  • Tripod (optional for content capture)

Learning Outcome

By the end of class, attendees will confidently create a dimensional braided balayage using strategic placement and reverse balayage techniques while improving speed and maintaining a high-end, lived-in finish.
